摘要: In this report, properties of isolated mitochondria from pea leaves have been studied in view to their function photosynthesis metabolism a leaf cell. (1) The rates respiration with various substrates and combination these measured mitochondria. highest rate was found NADH, followed by NADPH, malate glycine. For the oxidation malate, glycine 2-oxoglutarate apparent K m values were determined. occurred independently each other as long electron transport not limiting. (2) maximal capacity mitochondrial ATP synthesis estimated about 25% noncyclic photophosphorylation at photosynthesis. (3) From measurements NADH/NAD ratios previous determinations ratio cytosol spinach it is discussed that cell matrix higher than cytosol. (4) A comparison obtained for external NADH NADPH corresponding concentrations suggests oxidized much NADH. (5) measurement presence defined / oxaloacetate malate-oxaloacetate shuttle demonstrated. It furthermore shown malate-aspartate does play any significant role redox transfer under physiological conditions.
