摘要: Extreme programming (XP), similarly to other agile software development methods, values close collaboration with customers. One of the XP practices suggests that customer should be 100% available for team. Anecdotal evidence role is costly, difficult and demanding. However, very few empirical studies have been published on in an project. The results this controlled case study are line common belief on-site customer’s indeed demanding, requiring a strong ability resolve issues rapidly. Yet, also offers contrasting findings terms required actual involvement This demonstrates while was present team, only 21% his work effort assist team development. it shown may create false sense confidence system under implications these discussed.
