摘要: Prostaglandins (PGs) are potent stimulators of bone formation and resorption produced by cells. PGs also have inhibitory effects on fully differentiated osteoblasts osteoclasts. This complex, multifunctional regulation is probably mediated different PG receptors. Endogenous in largely induction COX-2, which highly regulated hormones local factors. The development specific agonists antagonists for receptors COX-2 should allow us to define the physiologic pathophysiologic roles more precisely develop new therapeutic approaches metabolic inflammatory disorders skeleton.
