摘要: Epigenetic regulations play an important role in both normal and pathological conditions of organism, are influenced by various exogenous endogenous factors. Hyperhomocysteinemia (hHcy), as a risk factor for several affecting the central nervous system, is supposed to alter epigenetic signature given tissue, which therefore worsens subsequent damage. To investigate effect hHcy combination with ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI) histone acetylation, we used animal model global forebrain ischemia rats. Cresyl violet staining showed massive neural disintegration M1 (primary motor cortex) region well CA1 (cornu ammonis 1) area hippocampus induced IRI. Neural loss was significantly higher group hHcy. Moreover, immunohistochemistry Western blot analysis brain cortex prominent changes acetylation histones H3 H4, at lysine 9 12, respectively, result IRI It seems that differences patterns cortical have preferred processes associated could be considered therapeutic strategies.
