At present, none them have met efficacy safety criteria controlled clinical trials. Human recombinant erythropoietin recently proposed for neuroprotection. It shown more than one mechanism action, appears be a promising choice future, although its action on erythropoiesis could inconvenient either chronic treatment or secondary prevention. use an with low sialic acid content, without erythropoietic but activity, preferable. Such molecule might administered by non systemic route, such as intranasal prevent hepatic degradation. Intranasal administration human content showed safe; reaches rapidly brain; does not stimulate acute treatments shows rodent models This proposal become option diseases. Las estrategias terapeuticas actuales las enfermedades cerebrovasculares se encaminan al restablecimiento del flujo sanguineo y proteccion de celulas nerviosas. Se buscan agentes neuroprotectores el bloqueo alguno los eventos moleculares que acontecen nerviosas consecuencia isquemia. Hasta momento, ninguno ellos ha satisfecho criterios seguridad eficacia ensayos clinicos controlados. constituye una propuesta reciente, mostrado mecanismos accion mas un nivel, parece ser opcion prometedora corto plazo; aunque su eritropoyetica puede representar inconveniente tratamientos cronicos o prevencion secundaria. El uso con bajo contenido acidos sialicos actividad neuroprotectora pero no eritropoyetica, buena opcion. Esta molecula debiera administrarse por via sistemica intranasal, prevenir degradacion hepatica. administracion sialicos, rapida segura acceso encefalo, estimula eritropoyesis agudos muestra terapeutica varios modelos roedores. convertirse enfermedad cerebrovascular.
