摘要: Cervical cancer is a predomiannt gynecologic neoplasia in Taiwan. The associations of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), tissue polypeptide (TPA) and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC-Ag) for detection cervical cancers with type cancer, clinical stage lymph node metastasis were studied. Serum samples collected from 395 patients (61 CIN3, 334 carcinoma, 18 adenocarcinoma), 72 benign diseases 115 healthy controls. sensitivities CEA, TPA, SCC-Ag 15.2%, 33.6%, 49.3%. specificities 89.3%, 96.2%, 95.1%, respectively. positive rate CEA was found significantly higher among adenocarcinoma than those carcinoma. increased advance the stages.
