摘要: Two plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) Pseudomonas putida NBRIRA and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens NBRISN13 with ability to tolerate abiotic stress along multiple PGP traits like ACC deaminase activity, minerals solubilisation, hormones production, biofilm formation, siderophore activity were evaluated for their synergistic effect ameliorate drought in chickpea. Earlier we have reported both the strains individually attributes amelioration host plants. The present study explains detail possibilities benefits of utilizing these 2 PGPR consortium improving chickpea under control stressed condition. In vitro results clearly demonstrate that are compatible each other enhances attributes. Greenhouse experiments conducted evaluate inoculation consortia tolerant sensitive cultivars (BG362 P1003). parameters observed significantly higher as compared individual PGPR. Colonization rhizosphere has been visualized by using gfp labeling. Apart from parameters, defense enzymes, soil enzymes microbial diversity modulated inoculated Negative effects ameliorated apparently seen biomass reversal indicators treated or consortia. Findings application better potential improve promotion conditions.
