摘要: SUMMARY We present a case of mature cystic teratoma the ovary containing numerous spherules floating in cyst. Sonography and MR imaging revealed spherical structures, which is thought to be pathognomonic for teratoma. Microscopically, pathological report confirmed this finding. The cyst appears as massive tumor reproductive age patient.
