摘要: Ovarian cystic tumors (dermoid cysts), derived from totipotent cells, are composed mainly of a cyst lined entirely or partly by epithelium resembling keratinized epidermis with sebaceous and sweat glands. The term dermoid emphasizes the preponderance ectodermal tissue, elements other germ layers being inevitably present. 1,2 Sonography 3,4 computed tomography (CT) 5,6 can easily facilitate diagnosis these benign fatty tumors. Generally, teratomas classified into 1 3 categories on basis their configuration components. first type shows layering floating debris within tumor 6,7 ; second has nodular palm tree-like mural protrusions 3,7 third fat-fluid level. We report case that had none classic sonographic features. Instead, multiple mobile fat balls were seen cyst, no features calcification, tooth, bone shown sonography CT. Also, golden brown color hair in was similar to patient's scalp hair. To our knowledge, feature, showing determined nature keratocytes, not been discussed before literature. present unusual CT ovarian teratoma intracystic spherical masses. balls, spme which admixed hair, caused striking feature masses cyst.
