摘要: In sheep, artificial insemination serves as an important technique for breed improvement. this context, genetic material from a small number of superior sires can be used in large females. During process, the storage ram sperm may influence efficiency insemination. Two main methods are currently semen storage: liquid and cryopreservation. The oxidative stress during process injure some cases leads to irreversible damage at cellular level. To reduce such negative effects, different preservation protocols, extenders protective components have been tested improve quality achieve greater fertility rates. This review provides overview recent progress extender supplementation using antioxidants other compounds parameters It will emphasize on enzymes, vitamins, amino acids, proteins, plant extracts sugars, seminal plasma fatty acids that supplement formation oxidants maintain its enhance fertility. also how these supplements act, what were levels giving beneficial effects motility, viability, membrane integrity DNA fragmentation liquid, cooled post-thawing semen?
