摘要: The tensile experiments were carried out under the condition of different pulse current on pure aluminum to analyze effect mechanical property such as strength and elongation material. results show that could improve properties with increased 19.5% its drops some extent increase electricity. At same time, dislocation structure features density are also different. Without current, is distributed group unevenly. But when J=8×102A/cm2, morphology changed into a mass cells moved grain boundary. Part cell walls formed boundary then small angle subgrain formed. With density, arranged neatly parallel each other at last single wall will be split two or more form striped band.
