摘要: Complex designed silica-based ceramic cores were fabricated by injection molding. Slow heating rate (0.2K/min) for debinding restrained bloating on the surface of cores. To investigate effect sintering conditions mechanical properties cores, green bodies sintered at temperatures in a range from 1150°C to 1400°C various dwelling times (6h 48 h). Sintering above 1300°C 12 h and time over 24 1200°C reduce flexural strength increase linear shrinkage Cristobalite, formed high temperature or long time, induces reduction due its phase transformation, which is accompanied volume contraction microcracking. Ceramic core endured wax patterning shell molding, was manufactured successfully.
