摘要: The degradation of pentachlorophenol (PCP) by a Flavobacterium sp. was investigated inoculating induced cells into cultures containing PCP alone or and glutamate as carbon sources. Using the sole source, activity increased with concentration. However, lag phase observed this more pronounced at higher concentrations. Exposure to concentrations during induction did not reduce lag. presence reduced in degradation. Such an elimination appears be due maintaining cell viability glutamate.
