摘要: Abstract 1. Hyaluronidase was isolated from the lizard ( Heloderma horridum ) crude venom. The chemical properties were characterized and compared to same enzyme other sources. 2. found be a single polypeptide chain with molecular weight of 63,000 daltons. It possesses an isoelectric point pH optimum 5.0, observed extremely temperature sensitive. 3. role hyaluronidase as spreading factor which serves aid in diffusion toxins has been suspected for long time; yet no experimental proof offered until now. 4. shown that promotes spread hemorrhagic area mice when injected toxin. 5. Thus evidence is supplied first time plays “spreading factor” toxic action
