摘要: This study reports direct electrodeposition of TiOx thin films on ITO substrate from an acetonitrile solution containing titanyl sulfate and tetra n-butyl ammonium hydroxide. The electrochemical behavior in a basic medium is investigated using cyclic voltammetry.
