摘要: This study reports direct electrodeposition of TiOx thin films on ITO substrate from an acetonitrile solution containing titanyl sulfate and tetra n-butyl ammonium hydroxide. The electrochemical behavior in a basic medium is investigated using cyclic voltammetry. In this medium, different phases and/or compositions Ti3O5 (βTi3O5, λTi3O5, ɣTi3O5) Ti4O7 are obtained depending electrolysis potential values (− 1.2 V, − 1.5 V, − 1.7 V, − 2.0 V). properties the coatings various cathodic potentials impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Depending increase applied, thicker with lower resistance formed. EIS analysis results compatible XRD SEM, which confirms change phase content composition at values. estimated band gaps brownish between 1.32 1.41 eV UV–vis spectra. Herein deposition crystalline electrode carried out room temperature by cost-effective one-step method solution.
