摘要: Abstract Ti 3 SiC 2 powders with different characteristics were obtained by ball milling. The particle size decreased and the powder morphology changed from lamellar to flaky increasing milling time. As time increased 5 h 20 h, complex permittivity of was enhanced absorption peak shifted toward lower frequency range. dielectric microwave properties oxidized at high temperature also investigated. milled for longer more easily because surface area. delaminated after oxidation due mismatch thermal expansion coefficients. products (TiO SiO ) formed on slowed down process powders. as raised 25 °C 700 °C.
