摘要: In Aspergillus giganteus mut. alba the initial cells of fertile conidiophores appeared at day 2, both in darkness and light. until 9, their length was 3 mm. Cyclic AMP level phosphodiesterase activity were always low. Continuous light (166 pEinsteins·cm-2·s-1) provoked synchronization formation conidiophore elongation during 4 days (30–40 mm 7). Under these conditions, cyclic increased whole time (4 nmol/culture 7), then decreased rapidly; 9 (5 nmol degraded per 10 min culture), decreased. The inhibiting effect caffeine mM on activity, demonstrated.
