摘要: Thin films of cubic BaTiO3 were processed hydrothermally at 40°–80°C by reacting thin layers titanium organo metallic liquid precursors in aqueous solutions either Ba(OH)2 or a mixture NaOH and BaCl2. All (thickness ∼1 μm) polycrystalline with grain sizes ranging from nano- to micrometer dimensions. formation was facilitated increasing [OH-], [Ba2+], the temperature. The film structure related nucleation growth behavior particles. Films relatively low temperatures coarse opaque, but temperature caused size decrease, resulting transparent films.
