摘要: Objective To evaluate the likelihood of obtaining a chromosome diagnosis in cases spontaneous abortion (SAB) and relative importance maternal age versus obstetric history predicting fetal karyotype. Design Obstetric was obtained from all 100 miscarriage 1year when products conception were sent for studies. Multiple logistic regression analysis used to calculate odds ratio statistical significance correlations between historical factors probability any chromosomal abnormality or trisomy. Results A made 84% cases. Maternal more important predictor abnormality, specifically trisomy, than previous livebirths miscarriages. Conclusion studies using chorionic villi SABs are diagnostically useful, even patient has repeated
