摘要: Abstract Much organisational effort has been put into knowledge management initiatives in recent years, and information communication technologies (ICTs) have central to many of these initiatives. However, organisations found that levering through ICTs is often hard achieve. This paper addresses the question why this case, what we can learn value future practice management. The analysis based on a human-centred view knowledge, emphasising deep tacit which underpins human thought action, complex sense-reading sense-giving processes beings carry out communicating with each other ‘sharing’ knowledge. concludes computer-based systems be benefit knowledge-based activities, but only if are careful using such support development meaning.
