摘要: The paper explores the notion of ‘organisational capability’. We argue that an organisation’s competitiveness does not only depend on knowledge; communication and technology are other important features. Thus, when developing organisational capability it is enough to focus knowledge its management. also need encompass improvement artefact functionality. These parts – knowledge, communication, should be handled separately but as mutually dependent, expansion one part often affect two.
