摘要: Wind power is one of the most promising emerging renewable energy technologies for distributed generation (DG). In this paper, a new nine-level active neutral-point-clamped (9L ANPC) converter proposed grid connection large wind turbines (WTs) to improve waveform quality output voltage and current. Therefore, bulky passive filters can be reduced or even removed. The topology, operating principles, control schemes, main features, as well semiconductor device selection are presented in detail. floating capacitor based on redundant switching states prioritization detailed. A comparison between topology other existing 9L topologies illustrate characteristics performance converter. ANPC studied case 6-MW WT without using DG systems. Simulation experiment results validate schemes. proper operation compliance harmonic limit standards filterless grid-connected system verified by simulation results.
