摘要: Abstract HPLC with electrochemical detection is a highly sensitive and selective method for detecting the oxidatively modified DNA residue oh 8 dG. By this method, of dG from urine offers powerful approach assessing in vivo oxidative damage. Application technique to permits quantitation steady-state levels deoxynucleoside overcomes problems associated extremely low present DNA. In addition, selectivity gained by eliminates problem separating signal normal deoxynucleosides.
