摘要: New renewable fuels have been developed for diesel engines, contributing to the reduction of carbon emissions and fuel security. However, combustion characteristics these still remain unclear. A study investigate engine performance integrated with biogas hydrogen has carried out. Biogas is principally a mixture methane (CH 4 ) dioxide (CO 2 along other trace gases. In this simulated gaseous (60% CH 40% CO vol.) (2% were fed into intake manifold was injected cylinder as pilot ignition fuel. The effects showed reduced PM compared combustion. addition, up 39 33% in total particulate mass smoke, respectively, seen. there slight increase particle number when addition used, where size distributions moved towards nucleation region thus benefitting after-treatment systems. Reduced thermal efficiency observed addition.
