Sulphonamides for control of beta-amyloid production

摘要: There is disclosed a novel class of sulphonamido-substituted bridged bicycloalkyl derivatives comprising substitute on the bridgehead position. The compounds modulate production β-amyloid precursor protein, and hence are useful in treatment Alzheimer's Disease.
