摘要: ABSTRACTIn the wake of new public management, and with emergence governance, a number challenges remain unsolved in field service governance management. In this paper, we use example Australian National Disability Insurance Scheme to show how might deal design implementation reform within context governance. We argue that governments need develop greater openness risk policy experimentation during implementation. therefore propose an adaptive system architecture could support such taking.
