摘要: A 60 GHz-band MMIC chipset has been developed for 500 Mbps ASK (Amplitude Shift Keying) transceivers which are used as IEEE 1394 wireless adapters. Coplanar configuration is in the to be applied flip-chip technology. modulator utilizing a distributed FET switch, two-stage medium power amplifier with 15 dBm output power, three-stage low noise 20 dB gain and detector fabricated. The minimum detection measured -32 at Mbps.
