摘要: Abstract Overexpression of low-molecular-weight isoforms (LMWI) cyclin E in breast cancer cells is associated with poor prognosis and could serve a novel role progression. LMWI originate from proteolytic processing E, which deregulated hyperactive. In this study, levels full-form/LMWI were determined the use Western blot analysis 69 Japanese patients. significantly correlated known parameters such as tumor grade estrogen/progesterone receptor expression. multivariate analysis, patient survival was but not either form E. strong predictor whereas some cases early relapse overexpression lower reported. Thus, might be good complementary factor to other predictors for cancer.
