摘要: The presintered layer structure bismuth compounds of PbBi2Nb2O9, Na0.5Bi4.5Ti4O15, PbBi4Ti4O15 and Pb2Bi4Ti5O18 are hot-worked by press forging under the maximum load 200 kg/cm2 at a temperature 1000°C to 1200°C. reduction ratio height is more than 70%. well-oriented polycrystalline samples with an orientation degree 0.8 can be obtained. measured results dielectric ferroelectric properties correlated SEM observations x-ray diffractions.
