摘要: Partial anomalous pulmonary venous connection to the right side of heart often complicates surgery for atrial septal defects. Between 1964 and 1987, 39 patients, ranging from 2 52 years old, underwent repair partial connection. At least one vein arose upper lobe in 38 patients middle 30 connected superior vena cava 28 atrium only 11 patients. An defect was present 32 (82%). Patients who had cava-right junction, or both were treated by translocation (two patients) patch redirection flow left through a native (eight surgically created two with intact septum. For high (27 patients), transected oversewn above veins. The redirected proximal into across sinus septum (22 five coapted intracardiac orifice cava, distal anastomosed appendage. One 31-year-old woman severe hypertension died early death series. A technical error series resulted symptomatic obstruction. Only patient remains sick syndrome late. All remain well over long follow-up (1 24 years). Postoperative catheterization echocardiography has revealed no defects, obstruction, obstruction (except error). Correction should be individualized according site veins location minimize undesirable postoperative sequelae associated other methods repair.
