摘要: Mounting evidence suggests that the alterations of Akt/protein kinase B (PKB) play an important role in tumorigenesis. Phosphorylated Akt regulates many key effector molecules involved apoptosis, angiogenesis, and cell cycle progression during The expression phosphorylated has been described some human malignancies, but not primary lung cancer. In this study, to understand tumorigenesis we analyzed 43 non-small cancers (NSCLCs) by immunohistochemistry. was detected either cytoplasm (23 cases) or nucleus (6 29 NSCLCs (67.4%). Squamous carcinomas, adenocarcinomas, bronchioloalveolar carcinomas expressed 68.2%, 61.5% 75%, respectively. We also between their corresponding nodal metastasis; not, however, different metastatic lesions. Taken together, these results indicate 1 is frequently activated NSCLCs, irrespective histological subtypes, suggest may a development NSCLC rather than NSCLC.
