摘要: Abstract Ion exchange pigments are a scientifically very interesting alternative to chromates that have not yet been fully explored. This study considers the following candidate anticorrosive pigments: calcium-exchanged silica (Si/Ca), hydrotalcite/vanadate (HT/V) and calcium bentonite (Bentonite/Ca). Paint systems manufactured with these ion subjected adhesion, permeability accelerated corrosion laboratory tests (humidity condensation (HC) salt fog (SF)), simulating environments of low high corrosivity, in order assess their behaviour comparison zinc chromate reference system. For this purpose degree coating degradation has monitored: blistering, underfilm delamination from scribe. paper focuses on effect several parameters interest when designing paint system: (a) sanding treatment base steel prior application primer paint; (b) pigment concentration coating; (c) topcoat layer over coating.
