摘要: Multivariate analysis became essential in functional and structural Genomics because of the large quantity biological data provided by these new research areas. Diallel mating design was widely applied to analyze the heritability quantitative traits but it recently used for approaching inheritance patterns of other levels gene expression such as transcript profiles. Investigating the inheritance pattern total polypeptide profiles with a diallel remains as vacancy subject. The objective present infer polypeptides from tomato pericarp tissue at four different ripening stages mating including five recombinant inbred lines (RILs) their ten second cycle hybrids (SCH). To achieve this objective, multivariate analysis identify eventual inheritance patterns through mining approach then univariate analyses were used verify patterns. Mainly dominance also overdominance, though in minor percentage, contributed actions involved their genetic basis. Multivariate efficient identifying approach, and univariate largely verified identified actions.
