摘要: Pericarp polypeptide profiles were analyzed at three ripening stages in the F1 hybrid and F2 population from cross between accessions: LA1385 (Lycopersicon esculentum var. cerasiforme) 804627 (L. esculentum, a homozygous genotype for nor mutant). Six polymorphic polypeptides observed LA1385, while no among was 804627. On other hand, some not parents whereas others present both parental genotypes unnoticeable genotype. From cluster analysis on protein of population, differential expression proteins allowed to distinguish mature green (MG) stage two stages, breaker (BR) red ripe stage, genetic background more important forming groups. The could be associated with fruit morphology traits such as 72 kDa MG diameter, height mass 47 found BR shelf life.
