摘要: Polypeptide profiles are informative about the individual gene constitution and expression, become useful tools as molecular markers. The objective of this work was to detect genetic linkage among polypeptide pericarp at two ripening stages fruit quality traits in 21 tomato genotypes. were obtained from mature green red ripe fruits 18 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) derived an interspecific cross between cultivar Caimanta S. lycopersicum accession LA722 pimpinellifolium, parents that included with their hybrid experimental testers. These genotypes also evaluated for shelf life, weight, firmness, reflectance percentage, chroma index, shape pH, titratable acidity, soluble solids content, width, number locules. polymorphic within stages. Some polypeptides segregated Mendelian expected proportion 1:1, showed linkeage by single point analysis traits.
