摘要: Summary This paper reports the protein amount and composition of tuber during its phases formation, dormancy sprouting. Parallely, break has been induced by excising slices parenchyma treating them with 2,4-dichlorophenoxy acetic acid (2,4-D) to induce a new cell cycle; composition, neosynthesis post-translational modification spermidine are reported cycle. From formation sprouting, content follows bimodal trend. The bands were separated on sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis two main (38 55 kDa) detected. Many bands, especially high molecular mass, changed their all vegetative period. With progression cycle very mass proteins increased; polyamines could account for this increase. Parallelly, lower decreased. differently synthesized in various phases. Modification occurred post-translationally, evident an 18 kDa band (which fact does not incorporate methionine), whose possible identification is discussed. A role newly transglutaminases evaluated light immunodetection 58 90 polyclonal anti-transglutaminase antibody.
