摘要: The design of a practical code-based signature scheme is an open problem in post-quantum cryptography. This paper the full version work appeared at SIN’18 as short paper, which introduced simple and efficient one-time secure based on quasi-cyclic codes. As such, this features, fully self-contained way, accurate description setting related previous work, detailed security analysis, extensive comparison performance discussion.
