Effect of electrode material and electrolysis process on the preparation of electrolyzed oxidizing water

摘要: Electrolyzed oxidizing water (EO water) bactericide is an indirect electrochemical sterilization technology, which characterized by broad-spectrum, rapid and powerful sterilization. EO water, with a certain amount of available chlorine content (ACC), generated electrolysis extremely dilute NaCl solution. It very important to study the preparation process including electrode material electrolytic process. In this paper, effect (platinum, iridium or ruthenium) on physical chemical parameters was investigated first. The composition roasting temperature ACC rigorously analyzed. produced different materials further discussed. addition, accelerated service lifetime exchange polarity were also investigated. Next, for process, effects ion membrane type, current density electrolyte concentration anode efficiency energy consumption studied. Finally, stability that is, influence illumination, heating stirring observed in detail.
