摘要: Stumptailed monkeys were reared from 1 week after birth to 6 months of age in either a colony condition with the mother or partial social isolation that allowed visual contact animals, but not physical contact. At animals killed and selected areas neocortex stained by Golgi-Cox method. Relatively nonspiney cells Layer IV drawn analyzed for complexity dendritic branching. Isolation-reared had significantly decreased branching Motor I cortex when compared control animals. A transform data related number branches previous showed slight rearing effect Somatosensory deprived having lower rate than controls. We conclude also includes motoric deprivation could account these data.
