摘要: Even though the foundation of systems biology approaches to cardiac function was led more than fifty years ago, there has been slow progression over last few decades. Systems studies were mainly focused on lower organisms, frequently yeast. With boost high-throughput technologies, level analyses, building one backbone biology, started complement single-gene focus in fields heart development and congenital disease. A challenge is bring together many uncovered molecular components driving eventually establish computational models describing this complex developmental process. Congenital diseases represent overlapping phenotypes, reflecting modularity development. The aetiology majority disease still unknown, it suggestive that understanding biological network underlying will enhance our for its alteration. This review provides an overview framework focusing developing pathology. Recent methodological developments basis future are highlighted knowledge gained specified.
