摘要: Dengue infections are increasing at an alarming rate in many tropical and subtropical countries, where epidemics can put health care systems under extreme pressure. The more severe lead to dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF), which be life threatening. A variety of viral host factors have been associated with the severity infections. Because secondary infection is commonly DHF than primary infections, acquired immune response dengue, both B cells T implicated. In this study, we set out study T-cell responses across entire virus proteome see whether these were related disease a cohort dengue-infected children from Thailand. Robust observed most infected individuals against proteins. Responses NS3 frequent, there was very strong association between magnitude severity. Furthermore, DHF, cytokine-high CD107a-negative predominated.
