摘要: We measured the complex conductivity of Ca-doped YBCO thin films in THz frequency range. The were using both Time domain and Frequency methods for spectroscopy. show that a subgap exists overdoped samples 5% 10% Ca doping. appears as sharp decrease real part at frequencies equivalent to gap energy 1 meV is more prominent with increased suggest this related \(d_{x^{2}-y^{2}}\)-wave pairing symmetry an imaginary or id xy . shows well-known 1/ω behavior, but its ωσ 2 product dip spectrum about ∼1 meV.
