摘要: Ca++-ATPase activity was studied ultracytochemically (cf. Ando et al. 1981) in the paraphysis cerebri of frog. An intense reaction demonstrated on plasmalemma microvilli at apical pole paraphyseal cells; contrast, basolateral showed only a slight staining. In addition, mitochondria, gap junctions, cilia, and cytoplasmic elements (e.g., microfilaments) displayed activity. Variation Ca++-concentration incubation medium from 0.1 mM to 100 altered cell organelles.
