摘要: Stem cells (SCs) are known as undifferentiated with self-renewal and differentiation capacities. Regeneration is a phenomenon that occurs in limited number of animals after injury, during which blastema tissue formed. It has been hypothesized upon the dedifferentiation surrounding tissues leads into appearance SC characteristics. In present study, stem-like (SLCs) were obtained from regenerating New Zealand white rabbit's pinna their stemness properties examined by capacity to differentiate toward insulin producing (IPCs), well neural osteogenic lineages. Differentiation was induced culture SLCs defined medium, cell fates monitored specific staining, RT-PCR flow cytometry assays. Our results revealed dithizone positive cells, represent IPCs, islet-like structures appeared 1 week induction SLCs, this observation confirmed elevated expression Ins, Pax6 Glut4 at mRNA level. Furthermore, able express markers early retinoic acid treatment. Finally, lineage, Alizarin Red S staining studies. conclusion, could successfully derived all three germ layers, can be considered valuable model study developmental biology regenerative medicine.
