摘要: The colonization by Candida species is one of the most important factors related to development oral candidiasis in HIV-infected individuals. aim study was evaluate and discuss phospholipase, proteinase, DNAse haemolytic activities albicans isolated from cavity HIV individuals with high efficiency antiretroviral therapy. Seventy-five isolates C. obtained saliva samples patients 41 HIV-negative were studied. Haemolytic activity determined Sabouraud dextrose agar plates containing 3% glucose 7% sheep red cells. Culture medium DNA base-agar, egg yolk, bovine albumin used determine DNase, phospholipase proteinase activities, respectively. All group had activity, 98% showed 92% positive for 32% activity. Regarding individios negative, all presented hemolytic 90.2% 12.2% DNAse. more intense DNase production frequently observed HIV-positive percentage having also significantly different between groups not using any therapy, those transcriptase inhibitors inhibitor protease combination.
