摘要: Abstract The effects of chronic treatment with clozapine and haloperidol on basal dopamine release metabolism were studied in the striatum nucleus accumbens awake, freely moving rats using vivo microdialysis. Chronic (2 mg/kg × 21 days) but not (20 decreased both accumbens. These results differ significantly from those previously reported voltammetry. Possible explanations are discussed.
