摘要: In cell model, we discovered the association between chaperonin-containing t-complex polypeptide 1 subunit β (TCP-1β) and early diabetic nephropathy (DN). this study, further explored relationships TCP-1β type 2 mellitus (DM). To mimic clinical hyperfiltration state, a DM mice model was established by feeding high-fat diet in combination with treatment of streptozotocin nicotinamide. Blood urine were collected to determine creatinine clearance (Ccr), kidney tissues harvested for evaluation expression immunohistochemistry Western blot. Meanwhile, subjects healthy controls recruited strengthen evidence TCP-1β. Results showed that Ccr significantly higher one week after hyperglycemia development, suggesting state successfully model. expressed predominantly on renal tubules. By using estimated glomerular filtration rate index progression investigation, level associated phase patients. Conclusively, confirmed is possible biomarker DM, but mechanistic study elucidate its cause pathway needed.
