摘要: Organic light-emitting diodes have been fabricated using a stacked metal–organic–metal cathode structure. The first metal layer is embedded approximately between an emission and electron transport serving as floating injection electrode. second terminal contacting optical transmission of the electrode path two electrodes were used together to maximize destructive interference, thus rendering nonreflective. These devices also showed excellent diode characteristics; for example, luminance 100 cd/m2 at ∼3 V. Optical reflectance in visible spectrum was found be reduced from ∼80% on conventional ∼20% with cathode.
