摘要: The impact of a LiF/Al/Au composite layer on both electrical performance and optical high contrast-ratio tandem organic light emitting devices (HCT-OLEDs) operating in wide viewing angle regimes is investigated. strong photon emission from Al/Au/ NPB(N,N′-di(naphthalene-1-yl)- N,N′-diphenylbenzidine) /Alq 3 (tris8-hydroxyquinoline-aluminum)/LiF/Al the symmetrical current-voltage curve for Al/LiF/Alq /LiF/Al verify hole-injecting anodic electron-injecting cathodic roles Al(4 nm)/Au(7 nm) nm)/LiF(0.7 nm), respectively. reflectivity spectrum measured angles ranging 5° to 50°. Experimental results show that when increased 50°, blue shifted, which affects contrast HCT-OLEDs. Importantly, average visible range below 50° as low 6.6%, making proposed HCT-OLEDs attractive flat-panel-display applications.
