摘要: Four Ala-Ala dipeptides with a perfluoroalkyl chain at the N-terminal were synthesized. They able to self-assemble into helical nanofibers and/or twisted nanobelts in mixture of DMSO/H2 O. The handedness and was controlled by chirality alanine N-terminal. stacking phenylene groups helicity studied using circular dichroism spectroscopy vibrational dichroism, respectively. neighboring groups. Moreover, due low potential barrier between M- P-helices perfluorocarbon chain, organic self-assemblies eventually chain. X-ray diffraction indicated that lamellar structure formed dimers dipeptides.
